Palm Harbor Chamber of Commerce Fine Arts, Crafts, & Music Festival
| Description: |
Florida premier Arts Festival located at St. Petersburg College, Tarpon Springs
Campus and traditionally held the first weekend in December. Fine Arts and Crafts
exhibits, food concessions.
Each year portions of the Festivals proceeds are set aside for the Bill & Louise
Hoskins Visual Arts Scholarship program.
